Office Documents and "The Cloud"

What is meant by the ‘cloud’ ?
What is the difference between cloud and local documents?
What are Google Documents?
What are two advantages and two disadvantages of using Google Docs compared with using Microsoft Office Documents?

1. When you save files online and you can use it or view it any where you want.

2. In the cloud you save your documents online whiles in local documents its saved in the server.
3. They are online office documents, that let you share with people and let other people collaborate.
4.
Google Docs Advantages: you can work with someone else at the same time and you can share it with people.

Google Docs Disadvantages: you need the internet to work with it, you can't use with more than 50 people.

Microsoft Word Advantages: you can work by your own and no one can look at it unless you show it personally and you need no internet for it.

Microsoft Word Disadvantages: you have to send it by email so the person can receive it you and you can't work with more people at a time.

Word Cloud

Word Cloud

1. The word cloud tells me the main words I used in my Project Review, it uses the most important words.

2. In my review I did use a variety of words, and I did stretch things in a different way but I do recognize I used some words that are the same.

                                                                                                        3. I did use the keywords that we                learnt in the project, like for example: countif, if statement  merge cells, freeze cells and etc. I used all those words and explained them well.
